We start all exterior painting projects by pressure washing your home to remove all surface contaminants. After we’ve cleaned the exterior, we protect all surfaces such as decks and window trims to avoid overspray and paint drops. We then remove all downspouts, lights, mailboxes, house numbers, etc.

Proper surface preparation is the key to any long-lasting paint job. Our first step is to scrape any loose paint and sand uneven surfaces. We apply an oil-based primer to the bare wood. We will then caulk any gap where moisture could be a problem.

Once the exterior has been cleaned and prepared, we will paint all the requested surfaces. We paint detailed surfaces such as doors, windows, and trims by hand. Lastly, we spray and back roll any stucco and siding. We use only high-quality paint such as Premium Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore Paints for superior, long-lasting finish.

After we finalize the painting, our interior painters will thoroughly clean up the work area so you can come home to a neat and tidy home. We will also label any leftover paint and leave it with you for future touch-ups. Finally, our crew leader will carefully inspect the completed interior painting job to ensure it meets our high-quality standards. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will fix it until you are happy.
